Solvedthe hacks do not work, help

Hi I wonder if someone could help me because I work hacks, I have a cousin and uses them and if they work but not on my laptop. to me that that might please and I shall want a document folder crossfire or maybe it's my computer but not. I would like if someone could tell me what caused the failure.
