PLEASE HELP ME

Hi guys, my fps are unstable or spiking since 3 days ago...4 days ago wasnt like that all spiking. my fps were 75 flat and now its all unstable..i already delete some programs, used CCleaner, scanned with ESET Nod32 5 and desactivate background programs that i dont use. Please help me, im so pissed off.

FPS shouldn't be stable .. Sometimes it goes up by 5-10 and some time it goes down by 10-20. Depending on mode you are playing and how many players ingame.

but before it was stable, i promise!!! by the way, about upgrading my pc (i use laptop but i think its the same) is it upgrading windows?

For me it's lagging in ZM Crater too
Might this be the problem?

CrossFire is Broke in general. A lot of people are getting ping/Fps spikes. I for one Get fps spikes especially in ZM.

Gender says male. Gender Doesn't lie.

Really no way to fix it, just wait until crossfire gets updated. Fps/Ping spikes are also caused by background processes.

For me it's lagging in ZM Crater too

By upgrade i mean upgrade your graphics card , RAM etc..
but i guess you cant upgrade a laptop parts.
Buy a decent PC

in some maps i get 85fps in others 35
