Is it all right to flush the DNS revolver cache every time I will play CrossFire Philippines ?

I use Command Prompt and then type ipconfig/flushdns every time I'll play any game.
Is it okay ?

No need to do that

I do it every week.
But it wont damage anything if you do that everyday.

What's the reason to flush his DNS?
