[IDEA] Skin Maker

I just thought to myself before that it would be cool if you could make your own skin on Borderlands 2.

It'd be cool to be able to use modding to create your own custom skin that others could see, but I don't think it would as easy as it seems.
I'm hoping new helmets and skins come out in later updates and DLC, they've hinted at new ARMOR customization too which would be just awesome as crap.
