Kick whole server for script restriction

Does anyone know which vehicle script kicked the whole server for a Script restriction?

I remember reading about it awhile ago and I've looked everywhere and I can't find it.

There's a couple admins that have been dicks but I don't wait to be an ass and nuke everyone on the server. I'd rather just have the server kick everyone.

Anyone know which script it is?

Iam not sure but i remember that i once used a script wich created a goat, and when you shot the goat a vehicle appeared. The problem was, that the script used that 'creatVehicle' command... so the goat spawned and i immediately got kicked from the server for i.d.k. "script restriction" or something like that. But when i rejoined the server and went to the spot where i was before, the goat was still there... and then i shot it, a car appeared and everyone except me got kicked from the server for that "script restriction".
