Proxy

Hi mpgh i had a problem with sometrics offers. When I always do quizjungle never paid to me zp so I decide to take a screenshot and then send it like a proof. Then they response saying that "We do not allow users to complete offers from false areas/zones, as every offer is specific to the geographic location it is provided in. Please refrain from using a 'proxy' for we will only credit offers pertaining to your original IP address. Additional attempts can result in your account being banned. Let me know if you have any questions, thanks."
So anyone knows a program or something like that to conect to a usa ip but with out proxy ?
i need to sent the email with my ip hiding ? or what can i do?
