If you have someone in a skype chat you can use CMD and get there ip address and just look around on like ********** for a DDoS
you can ddos them by sending packets to there port 80 which is the port for general internet etc
To ddos a server, you must decompile the client to get the no-ip + port. When you have this you ping the no-ip in cmd to get there pc/vps ip, and then start flooding there tcp/udp with packets.
Note: Your internet must be good in order to stay online while doing this.
