You can't noclip in any multiplayer. Just look up some flying client, that's the closest you'll get.
Yeah but some guy's did some glitch or something and he fall of through a block. How can i do that?

I've never played tekkit. But if there is a client with freecam, you could go into freecam break the block where you want to glitch through. It will show you that it is broken (client side) and you will glitch into it. Then just reconnect and you might glitch through.
