got banned for insulting+ baiting? i did report a lot of insults the person never got infracted or ban as i commented politely and reported all insults made me at fault with punishment while the other did not i am @Poison

Does this look like someone that is trying to settle things "politely"? Obvious flame baiting right there. Mentioning Lehsyrus' name out of everyone and trying to start shit with him.

You have 16 infractions/warnings in total. You don't have a book on what crap you've done in the past, you have a HISTORY. Don't expect an infraction always when you've already done plenty of pointless crap in the past. Especially for flame baiting.
