Done it like 6 hours ago and got 12.2 - possibly the most physically gruelling experiences I have ever gone though... It took me like 2 hours to recover from the after effects because i pushed my self so hard towards the end
Anyone from General done it before? What score did you guys get?
No, we do conditioning, run 1 mile and sit-ups and push ups.
I did it a couple of years back, no idea what I got.

The other GCSE [though you probs what it is] class have to do something similar to that - they have to run non-stop around our big school field and at every corner they have to do crunches and shiz

Yeah, we never done that, I think I did it once in 7th grade similar to that but after that I don't recall doing it.
People in my class can get up to level 21. The Highest
They made everyone take it twice a year in my old HS. As for score I don't remember.
NOT INTO THIS. I STOPPED DOING ANYTHING A YEAR AGO. :P
My highschool was filled with wannabe drug addicts, fat people, morons, and teachers that traded school computers for percodan. The most physical thing we did was watch a movie on physically demanding sports.
Too much of fat kid and only got around 6 or 7
I only did this once, otherwise we just do six laps on the track and have it timed.
We never done that before.
Don't think any of the physical tests at my school involved those the "multi-stage fitness test", I may be wrong though. I never tried it myself, but meh it looks like a bitch.
EDIT: nvm, I do recall doing those in tennis.
We did this in elementary school. I'd have to say swimming is way harder than this ever was That 100 & 200 fly...
I did it early last year and got a 10.2
@Tall kiwi - then they're not doing it right. No highschooler would ever finish the beep test, only a handful of professional athletes have done it.
