Visual Basic 2010 help with listboxes
Would appreciate if someone could take a look at this VB project and show me what to do or even do it and then teach me. read the problem.pdf for the program requirements.

(I don't know why chrome has marked the vb project folder as "harmful" but here's a vs scanⓘ.)

Might take awhile for the attachment to be approved, but what problems you having?
