Not true, under Steam User Account Agreement, VAC1 and VAC2 have the rights to scan your computers for cheating programs and other unwanted programs. Because you accept the agreement of the company then you're allowing them to do so. If Nexon wants the right to scan your PC because you click on "I agree" on the contract, then you're allowing them access.

Well the crappy thing is that if you agree to any terms even if there not constitutional you have made a contractual agreement and will be held to it by law.i just went through a court deal with a broken contract i felt was illegal and against my rights but since i signed the line and agreed to it i was bound by it shitty

If they wants to find you they can ask the governments both state and national to help find you, or use a tracker. There is no way they will sue every single person that hacks and they have no actual proof that would stand up in court. and for one if u play in north america dont worry they can bring it accross international borders and the game offices ariginate in EU. so WTF who cares keep hacking they wont do nothing. And another thing that was added after most of us registered so there fore we would all have to reregister for it to be liable in any circumstances.
