in my opinion u need Replace router so u change mac tmac and all shits cuz the anthor programs u try to use to change those not really working
Chang again your MAC id
its ip banned not u acc
ok what's the solution then
Well it depends on whether you have a dynamic or static IP address, If you have a dynamic address then that's great all you need to do is unplug your router for 10 secs or so and then plug it back in again if you have a static IP however that's a bit more tricky...
The grammar in this thread is of such low level...
Do you have a static/dynamic IP?

just use google, but if you can't:
1
Click "Start".
2
In Windows XP, click "Run", and type "command" in the run box. In Windows Vista, type "command" in the search box. Click "OK".
3
Type "ipconfig /all", then press enter.
4
Write down or print all of the information that displays on the screen.
5
Type "EXIT" and press "Enter".
6
Click the "Start" button and select "Control Panel".
7
Double click "Network Connections".
8
Right-click your Internet connection and select "Properties".
9
Click the "Properties" button.
10
Click "Internet Protocol(TCP/IP)", then select "Properties".
11
Write down or print all of the information on the window that comes up.
12
Choose an IP address and enter it into the "IP Address" box. The IP address you enter should be identical to the IP address you wrote down when you ran "ipconfig", except for the last number. The last number can be anything between 1 and 254.
