seems to me like you guys do a lot and this is a HUGE forum, i couldn't imagine trying to take care of something

This how MPGH does it. Have lots of staff and positions. lol

Minions take cre of certain sections. Moderators+ watch over minions and all sections. Simple

OP makes minions sounds non replaceable when they really are.
