i was trying to flash steps today when i pressed F9 but my FPS just drop to 31 not 5 and i setted it on 5

Try useing Bandicam it works better

You must tourn "Lock framerate while recorduing" on sry for my bad English i am 13 and German

do u set fraps in full-size?i'm always set it in full-size,if u can't make it to 5 fps u can set 2 fps,i'm always set 2 fps when i do air wall pass and it's always success xD,sorry my English bad because i'm Vietnamese
