Mouse lag problems

well the mouse lag in Tribes Ascend really pisses me off. everytime i turn my mouse it lags, everytime i go close to somebody and shoot it laggs. and dont tell me about the solutiongs which to input the code in the files in tribes docunment it DONT WORK!! someone PLZ help me! i cant play that game anymore caz it LAGS!!
