Is there any way to unban ourself in Multiplayer Servers ?

Alts = alternate minecraft accounts
Proxies = just in case you were IP banned

What you mean with Alternate minecraft accounts ? Browse on the web for premium accounts ?

Recently, ALL MIGRATED MINECRAFT ALTS HAS STOPPED WORKING IN MINECRAFT CLIENT WITHOUT THEIR EMAILS. This has made it extremely hard to log into them because we have no clue what their email is.
 
Mojang has been planning this migration clearup for a while now.
 
As of now, all alts migrated from minecraft.net to mojang.com WILL NOT WORK WITHOUT ITS ORIGINAL EMAIL.
 
Sorry everyone, but this means no more Alts to giveaway, or use, and this makes me sad :(

Well, there are alts with emails.

Yeah. There's no PHYSICAL way to get unbanned from a server, I believe I made a sticky a while back - this question is answered within the FAQ. Only other way is to actually get on the server with an alternate account/proxy and find a way to get permission to unban your main account (yourself).

Uhm, just don't get yourself banned.
Use common sense, and try not to make yourself so obvious when hacking.
When you try to fly, and the server has NoCheatPlus, you're going to show up
all over the admin's chat. So be careful of what you do with your hacks.
