High ping

Doesn t matter what server or room i'm in I still get 1 bar ping. Help me to solve this.
Possibly due location?(Estonia)

Yes it is because of location , play a version of pb that has a closer server . Try using gamebooster too.

I have no idea really, you should google it up . Have you tried game booster yet? Also try cleaning registry and stuff with cc cleaner

I'm in Estonia too and i don't have any problems with ping, I guess your internet sucks.
