πŸ™ Acquiring an Account
Hey everyone.. Well, first off I would like to say thank you to Dave for his accounts list. I found a few accounts that are pretty decent.. One in particular that I would like to make my own.. I'm usually pretty good with this sort of thing, but due to my lack of experience with G1, I don't really know my way around it..

Okay here's the deal.. I changed the password, as well as the email address and submitted the email confirmation.. The account is now active and I am the only person with the new password.

Is there any way that this person could change the password with none of my information?? How would I go about changing the security question, etc.. to make sure that this is solely my account now?? And does this sort of thing bear any resemblance to issues when purchasing an account??

This makes me wonder, if i bought an account, how would I keep the person from changing the password back, if it is possible..

Can't they just submit a ticket or something??

Your answers would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

Unless he finds out the security questions, I believe he can not get it back.
Well, I'm sure he knows the security questions, as it was his account in the first place..? So can he get it back?? Is there a way to change the security questions??

Thanks..

How old is the account that he posted? Like, on which date did he post it??
It was on the most recent accounts list, i believe.. why would that matter tho??

Because then the person would of already tried to get their account back. And, if It's been some period of time, the odds of them trying to do it again, are five to nothing.
Yeah, you're right.. But I have only used the account for 2 days..

Is there any way to completely prevent him from getting back just incase??

how'd you find out the security question answer needed to change the email address or passsword??!?! great help is appreciated
