i know how to enter any game server in blackshot.For those want to connect any server game in blackshot the hint is just bypass the server using proxy.With that you can connect easily without it forbidden to you to connect the server 
But I think it will be quite laggy yes?
yeah it will suffer a bit lag after using a proxy but you shouldnt have a problem if you have a better connection speed such as 20Mbps
