HelpAVA PROBLEM

I downloaded ava 3 times! But every time when, after installing it, I click on aeria ignite me shows: UNABLE TO LOAD DLL'SQLite. Interop.DLL ': can not find the specified procedure. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007f), after writing this if I click on aeria ignite or icon ava does not make me do nnt more!!?!? what's the problem??
