sory to bother u guys again but a simple IP change doesnt work anymore for hardware bann's... sence i changed IP/MAC and didnt work also tryed using proxy servers also tryed hiding IP/MAC. i think HWID spofer would work but hasnt been made for 64bit windows yet.

If you have been hardware banned then changing your IP isn't going to help! If your computer is good enough I would recommend trying to run CA via a VM (virtual machine) I haven't tested this myself as I've never been hardware banned but I think it might be worth a shot.

could u explain more as i had the same problem and i cant solve it

well i added a router so its: modem-router-PC then i changed my graphics card drivers (no idea if it can make a diffrence but heard they bann something involved with a graphics card...) then hide my IP with proxy servers....

I guess this is solved, since you fixed it.
