How to allow console in MAT

here you can allow console just like in Counter-Strike(CS) when u press '~'
so when you ingame,lobby or login u can write console

1.using KFX Archive by @dBased open mat.ini decode
there will be mat.ini.dec at same folder as mat.ini
2.open mat.ini.dec
3.Search ' [Engine.Console] '
4.at ';ConsoleHotKey' remove the ' ; ' and it will be like this 'ConsoleHotKey'

5.ConsoleHotKey= 'XX' is keycode im using '45' which is 'insert' button
6.Just set what key u wan
7.save n encode using KFX Archive
8.rename mat.ini.dec.enc to mat.ini
9.done enjoy

if u wan to bind with key just write at the console
eg ' set input numpad 1 rend blend '
