Don't call others a noob just because it does not work for you. You've probably misread one of the steps and did it wrongly.

It works perfectly fine for me and many others, so do try it again.

Yes. Your operating system is a Windows 7 32-bit. As someone has proven that this is working on your operating system, you might want to redo the steps posted on this thread. Read every word carefully, as it is easy to make mistakes.
