Problems(important)

hello guys,
i dont want to make a long story, so i want to tell you that is my pc has problem when i want to open MAT

the problem is [APPLICATION FAILED TO INITIALIZE PROPERLY]

FOR THOSE WHO KNOW HOW TO FIX THIS PROBLEM PLEASE HELP ME!!!

Most have been able to resolve this issue by installing or re-installing .NET Framework 3.5 SP1. You can remove this framework by uninstalling it using Add/Remove Programs. To download it again, use this direct link:
