i saw a java file in the initial post but i'm not sure how to open it to select mods

You have to install Java Development Kit (google for Java DK or JDK)

Once you've downloaded it, install it...

i rrly need to know how to use this client i cant even figure out how to select the clients let alone play with them

The one which has -mod.swf after it.

when i try to log in it just tells me that my password i wrong and i know its not

Thanks for the hard work, works perfectly! I also combined it with the Sprite World hack, very useful!

Remove the space in the directories that contain the mod selector. If you have a space (like "New Folder (2)") it will bugger up the mod selector. I should fix the issue but never gotten around to it.

@nilly which of the dev keys are useful?

Sad fact, on the testing rotmg site it says game version #4.0.2, on the client #4.0.0. Question is, will it still work? Since i tried, and it doesn't seem to connect to the only available server on the game, i assume it wont. But hey, maybe next time i'll make it to play the clients when they're still up-to-date

It works. It sounds like you are trying to connect to testing. Testing is down atm so you won't be able to connect. If you check the box enable connecting to production servers, you'll connect to the normal servers. 4.0.0 works on 4.0.2.
