It's not even casual IMO, it's just shit. Barely any content, crappy mechanics, I hate the 3rd person view, its crap

Content? Dude its a moba in beta. O.O, what more do you want?
Mechanics? Considering all moba's are generally the same and this one doesn't differ too much.
3rd person? Gives a limited view(for ganks), a better view for the skills, and doesn't let you kite/poke-fest as much.
:/ Compared to LoL there are a lot of things I like and dislike.
Like:
1. No pre-game talents/runes deciding things.
2. Feeding/snowballing is a LOT more controlled than LoL.
3. Graphics are better.
4. Skillshots compared to a lot of LoL's lock-on abilities.
5. No grass mechanics.
6. Less griefers.
7. The items are a lot better equips than in LoL and a lot more new-player friendly so you don't have this bogus memorization scheme for every match to combine which items and such.
8. People who ditch que are punished.
Dislike:
1.Not as much customization in skins
2. Less map choices
3. Not as many updates.
To be honest, this game is a welcome adaptation to the moba scene. About time someone did something other than copy-paste dota in every way.

I'm a DoTA fan honestly, that's probably why I can't stand SMITE. It's just not complicated enough for me, I was able to download it, install it, jump in a game, and go ape shit pretty quickly, which I don't like.

I've played enough rpg's and moba's to know that complication is often stupidity.
In the end, most games don't complicate things in the sense that they should. Having 100 different choices is GREAT(guild wars 2), but having 100 different choices but only having a valid 2-3(league) is shitty.
I'm all for complex games, but most of the time "complex" is just another term for "we just make a lot of useless options". Giving the gamer 1000 different options but only really having a valid couple is just bad game design. Smite gives the player items that essentially let him choose what type of build he wants with a much easier item system and a much higher skill-shot system.
I still like top-down moba's, but I can't stand league anymore and except for Dota2 they tend to look like shit.

I'm gonna pick up Dota 2.

I should of specified, I don't mean LoL is complicated (IMO just as easy to figure out as SMITE), I'm talking more on the lines of DoTA 2. That game has thousands of options, and all of them can be used to create a powerhouse if used properly. It's just better designed in my person opinion.

Yeah i hear yah. These types of moba's(smite) are generated towards a much younger generation and when free games come out they have to be simple or else the player base is small.
I prefer Dota over smite any day, but i'd say its alright for a free game not made by a great company.(although global agenda was fun).
Something looks a bit off.
ya ikr a bit off
