Error 403 Forbidden
Can anyone help me? At first I was having a problem where it said that the site was unavailable, now it says I have the error 403 and its forbidden, I have to use a proxy just to be able to get on the site, does anyone know how to fix it? I tried refreshing and clearing my cache and cookies but it won't work.

Open the Start menu.
Go to Run.
If you do not see the Run command in Vista, search for "run" in the Search bar.
In the Run text box, type: ipconfig /flushdns
Press Enter or Return, and your cache will be flushed.
