You would need a Round Skipper for that and that is kinda impossible in 8seconds so no, you can't get them. But i also noticed i always get around 1,4k Supply each BG:Extreme game.

But can you get the weapons in normal way? (no hacks)

I never seen this i was just now trying to get the exp hack to work bypass needed for this correct?
