I'm following the tutorial. When stuck at the step in paste hack --> totalitem to _CSV.. And i'm follow that step..until the character..its say error.. and im see the tutorial its pink character.. T_T.. need help.. my OS is 64 bit only

what does that do? sorry im a little bit of a noob i am still downloading the game soon i will be in, and is there a good sniper i dont need to use a credit card to buy permanently? Cuz i hate that.
