If your really that desperate just download Nillys 4.0 mod selector and hex it yourself, it will be MUCH faster.

WPsam it was probably just removed in the update with everything else, it was a soulbound item people got from the recent hack, it was op and intended as an admin only item.

I basically opened Yogda, find 4.1, changed to 4.2, closed it, (it ask to save, i saved).
It made a File-new.swf

DONE!!

How does the auto-aim work - is there a specific button to press to get it to aim for you? Works great for me other than that!
