I like it because it actually has a story that doesn't suck. It's a little more streamlined and less open-ended than Fallout 3, but if you have the DLC, Old World Blues has awesome writing, Dead Money is a more challenging survival DLC, Honest Hearts is short, but more exploratory, and Lonesome Road I have yet to play.

Uhm, I'd say Fallout New Vegas. I like the tought of aiming down the site better than just a slight zoom.

Not sure what the hype for Skyrim is about. I've played it, but was very underwhelmed. It felt like a jack of all trades and a master of none.
