I am talking about I can't make visa cause of age and i think PayPal needs visa to verfiy acc and put money in it and I don't know how to put money in PayPal too

i think you don't have to be verified to get money in your paypal.

You don't need to verify your paypal to get money, you need to verify your paypal in-order to use the money.

VCC's don't work anymore? Back in my CSS days we would use money bookers to wire money to a Vcc site and it would be verified.

Once you verify your PP account, you can transfer money over to it. When you have a CC connected, you can opt to have it just charge your CC, or you can transfer money from your bank account. I always suggest doing the BA and transferring it so people don't get FUCKED. I only use my CC for 2-3$ purchases and I pay it off the next day to build credit myself. Might I ask how old you are? Some bank accounts allow people in a certain age group to start a basic account, but you can still connect your account number to it.
