Simple menu?
Well the basics for that are DrawEngineText, RegisterFont; If you want a fancier menu ofc things like shaders etc. will come in. Even DrawRotatedPic.
Look at -InSaNe-'s ESP code to see a simple menu.

Learn C++ or whatever other language you like... make your menu Pretty simple, aint it?
