Classical music.
I truly Love classical music or anything that sounds like it's classically inspired. When I hear some really good pieces, I say to myself, "It's as if God whispered into the ears of man, for such beautiful music to exist." Classical compositions are some of the most, and often times the most polyphonically complex music to exist to this day. I believe there will always be those appreciate this golden era of music, where the labor of melding the sounds of 10 or more different instruments, playing different rhythmic patterns and notes, results not in a cacophony, but a beautiful symphony.
