No not the hack I mean is that when you right click using a sniper you know the cross and a dot in the middle it looks lame I was thinking maybe other modders might be able to mod it
The is no such thing as scope mod, it's like client side, so it's impossible to mod it.
no there is. you can have no recoil cross hairs. which can be for no-scoping, but i doubt anyone has it released.

You can't modify it (ATM)
The texture is stored in a .REZ file (RF016.REZ // RF017.REZ // RF019.REZ - Not sure)
When .rez modding gets public again you might be able to modify it
