Hey guys , can you pls create or show me , how to hack items in Rotmg?

why dont u reply to the hack thread?

4.4 Has patched the Item hack as far as I know; They made it so the item gets used as you buy it, Before with the item hack you would change the ID of the health potion before you buy it, But even if you do that in the new versions, it is set to give you +100 HP / MP no matter what. There may be another exploit but many users like me believe it has been patched.

item hacks wont work anymore!! stop trying. if anything we need new hacks
