I downloaded it, ran it at like 10 FPS on medium settings which make no sense because I run BF3 max settings 60 FPS.

game is poorly optimized atm and im really hoping they fix it soon since i have the same problem as you.

Its a very nice game. Pretty much like BF3. Its more fun to play with friends.
