Rengar most sought after jungler after patch

I'm calling it. Rengar will just be the best jungler period.
The change to the jungle, if you don't know already, is: Bigger minion tougher, smaller minions weaker, plus a few other changes. Since Rengar has very high single target damage and an aoe skill that can be maxed first in place of maxing his e he will make up what is required to clear fast while also having gank presence.
Rengar also benefits from the new black cleaver; the cooldown, armor pen, and attack damage all benefit rengar and could be gotten after wriggles instead of a brutalizer or something.
Is there any other champ that will excel in the new jungle? Or is rengar just going to dominate solo queue?

Uhh what? You mean to say that high single target damage > high aoe damage. Lolno. Rengar's ganking presence is alright but it doesn't meet the criteria of a God Tier jungler like Nocturne or Shyv. Saying that he has high single target damage is like saying any champ who empowers their next autoattack is now godlike at jungling. Well, no. Furthermore maxing W on Rengar is just plain stupid as you lose any source of damage and rely on the champions in lane to do all of the damage while providing a weak source of crowd control unless at 5 bars in which case it's average. I'd also like to ask what idiot would max e on Rengar, another great way of giving up the only pro to playing a high dps champ. Finally let's bring into account that there are junglers who will with the patch still have great sustain, while providing strong damage when ganking, and with strong crowd control that isn't limited to using an ability 5 times before using crowd control. A perfect example of this is fiddlesticks.

Obviously the best jungle will be Maokai.
He doesn't Need Leash.
He has those little retards that he drops.
He has a stun for ganks,
that ult is great for Team Fights.

Shaco is horrific.
He sucks with Ganks,
I think a good jungler means good ganks.
Just because Shaco can clear out the jungle in seconds, and have retarded escape doesn't make him a good jungler. He SUCKS at ganking. Most Shaco's who jungle Take the kills of the people in Lane, and that's not his job, the Jungler's job is to get the people in lane kills. He can pick up a few kills in jungle. But that's about it.

Fiddle-Instant Silence, Great Fear, and Superior Survivalibility
Amumu-Great Stun, Good Latch On.
Maoki-Fast Jungle, Good Stun, Great Defensive Ult
Skarner-Great Latch On, Good Defense.
Shen-Fantastic Ult, Minor Heals, Decent Taunt.
Jarvin-Great Ganking Potential, Semi Useful Ult Great for Ganking Bot Lane, so ADC can drop the guy trapped.
Cho'Gath-Great Knock Up, Great Silence, Semi Decent Ganks.
