Help with crashes

I have had two accs stopped by Xigncode and so opened a new one and using tmac v6 MAC address chnager also. I keep getting the same message about hacks and cant use this acc with the new one. Is it what is stored in my Xigncode files that are causing this as its a new acc and new email and new MAC adds. What di i need to do plse.??????????

maybe u should disinstall Ava and the reinstall it

Im just doing that as i deleted the Xigncode file and then emptied my recycle bin....!!!
