Charge back on paypal fast !

There is any way ,to make sure someone wont charge back in paypal ?

Nope. Well...actually it depends. For example in my country we don't have the option to charge back. We'd have to dispute the charges with paypal's support. Also it depends on if he added the funds through a credit card or not. Long story short: no, there's no way to make sure you won't get charged back.
