How do I use Dev keys, what is enable connecting to production servers, and what is spammable notifications? Sorry i'm not more knowledgable on the topic...
All it does is give me a flashing screen. Anyone know how to fix?

Enable Connection to Production Server allows you to connect to production servers and not testing
Spammable Notifications allow the client to display more than 1 notification at a time (Ex: the +100 healing notifications)
It seems everytime there is a new Mod menu i have the same problem, Both the .Jar and .Bat do not open, i have the latest java, i have JDK..
Same problem, .jar and .bat do not work, i also have latest java update 9 and java jdk
For everyone with problems that knows they have java 7 installed, try replacing the .bat contents with this:
That is if you have Java 7 installed in the default place.
Let me know if it works.

Right click the .bat file and click edit??? Open it with a text editor like notepad.
