Glow Text- Plz rate

This was my first try at this.....

hmm not bad just think the background is a little plain (but might not look much better with more detail? :S) and I feel the border is to thick

Thx,, I wasn't too worried about backgrounds and borders this time, just wanted to get it working, then I can move on to refining it..
