Before I get, "Use the search bar!!!11" I already have and found no relevant results.
Basically, what does the "Spammable Notifications" option do and how does one use it?

It allows for the text that pops up above characters to be spammed. A couple of builds ago they made it so it updates only every few seconds. This helps if you like using the client in conjunction with Oryx's Domination proxy.

A few reasons is that the programmers or hack makers not releasing for this built because the rotmg built 5.0 looks retarded.
