Help with WorldGuard any one?

I need some help with world guard i need a area to be only allowed for one group to go into it i have Permissions Ex as my groups and i want to know how do i do this so only one of the groups can go into a area while other groups are not allowed i have tried this and tried it and i have no luck
hope one of you guys can help me.

hey, do u have world edit? if yes, use it to make a region ( /region define *name* )
then /region claim *ur region name* *owner1* *owner2* and so on

then hes allowed to enter the specefic region

"groupname not sure" is not a PermissionsEx group. look at worldguard wiki. but you can add players to the region as members and they could enter the region, while all other people couldn't.

"Group name not sure" i mean the group name that's allowed to enter but i wasn't sure

i understood this)

I found out how i had to do /rg d -rgname- then /rg flag -rgname- entry deny then you do /rg flag -rgname- entry -g nonmembers then /rg addmember -rgname- g:Ranknamehere.

but another guy not cause he said it wasn't a pex group
