Just open up a new document of 390x120'ish.
+Go on your render layer, get the rentaculeer tool(I'm stoned, don't watch my grammar 'n shit). right click on the layer(not the one in the layer tab), do select inverse, feather 2/3ish pixel, and do delete once/twice.

it's a good start, go to youtube or google and look up some tutorials and you'll be good
