can help me telling me that you need to use CF Hack's
I and installed Microsoft Visual C++/.Net FrameWork 4.0
( my operating system is W7 enterprice 64bits )
but I can not run CF hack,

Download Direct X 11 and your pretty much good to go 
You need to download and install Direct X 9 or higher. And reboot your PC.
