Safe Mode does not load graphic drivers and most drivers of the PC, I'm not sure why u want to do it in safe mode! But try disabling antivirus!
WHY SAFE MODE THO?

WHY SAFE MODE THO?
Well, I saw somebody made a guide on how to have high FPS on CrossFire using Safe Mode.
BTW what is Safe Mode ?

Isn't going to work ? Because I wanna try playing CFPH in Safe Mode With Networking to have high FPS.

I am already pissed off when somebody tells me the following solutions to have high FPS:

-Buy a new graphic cards !
-Use GameBoosters applications !
-Close unnecessary programs !
-Always restart your PC before playing a Game !
-Try not to use Cheats ! ( But I need it against Cheaters now a days in CFPH )
-Go try set all your CFPH settings to Low !

And BTW what is better, 16 Bit or 32 Bit... because someone told me to set my PC to 16 bit while playing CFPH.
32 bit is better!

AS for SAFEMODE, from the x-trap error it looks like ur computer limits the resources for ur game client to start. Try these steps for Normal Boot (not safemode)

1. Adjust for best performance
Click Start, right-click Computer, click Properties, and then click Advanced system settings.
If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click Continue.
On the Advanced tab, click Settings under Performance.
On the Visual Effects tab, click Adjust for best performance, and then click OK.
Click OK to close the System Properties dialog box.
Test your game.

2.With Wi-Fi, placement is everything

Your wireless router has a limited range, and consoles can be pretty picky about that signal (especially if the Wi-Fi has to go through a wall). Try to place your console close to your router to get the best results. If you're still seeing a strong signal, yet experiencing lag, try changing your game system's location in the room, or flipping it horizontally or vertically.

3. Flush DNS: To Clear/flush DNS cache in Microsoft Windows.
Start >> Run >> type cmd
In command prompt, type
C:\ipconfig /flushdns

Please help any other ideas ?
do you have all the requirements? and try reinstalling
You can't use CF in safe mode. That's just how it is. If you try to play CF NA on safe mode then you'll get an XTrap error stating that it cannot run in safe mode. CF PH is the same, but I'm not sure why it doesn't list the error. Probably a flaw. But yeah, you can't run CF PH on safe mode.
