Firstly, u have to find the packet control. open with notepad and NOTE: run it as administrator to prevent the access denied problem. at the FPS part, change the number 8 to either from 190 to 230. YOU ARE DONE! Credits to someone who make a mistake in changing. PLEASE DO*
