thats really disappointing too, i was using it at my cousin's house earlier and now when i try it at home, on my PC it doesn't work

i have NET Framework 4.0 installed but it still will not work
if you can, try to code it to work with all windows versions (XP, Vista, Win 7, and Win 8)
